- Charges incurred for lost or damaged items.
- Creation of false accounts for purposes of Reservations will result in loss of Court Play privileges.

- Reservations required for Organized Clinics and Play Programs. Visit the Racquet Shoppe for schedules and availability.
- A Calendar of Racquet Club Events and Updates is available in the Racquet Shoppe.
- Court reservations and play are exclusively available to Resort Guests, Turnberry Isle Club Members, and their accompanied guests.
- Member reservations may be made in advance. Resort Guest reservations should be made through the Racquet Shoppe.
- Players must be 14+ years of age and accompanied by a guardian, to participate.
- All players must check in at the Racquet Shoppe prior to court play.
- Racquet Club guests must be accompanied at all times. Parties exceeding three (3) guests per Member or Resort Guest require prior Club approval.
- Play may be extended beyond Reservation time if no subsequent Reservations have been scheduled.
- Reservations will be forfeited if players do not arrive within 10 minutes of scheduled start time.
- Repeat cancellations or no-shows may result in suspension of Reservation privileges.
- At Turnberry Isle Racquet Club, gameplay is enjoyed in the spirit of sportsmanship and respect. Please observe all guidelines and safety rules prior to court usage.
- The Racquet Shoppe offers premium equipment, apparel, refreshments and more, for rent and purchase.
- All participants, including Turnberry Isle Club Members, must sign a safety waiver prior to entry.
- All entrants assume gameplay at their own risk.
- Proper racquet attire is required; shirts with sleeves, non-marking light-soled shoes only.
- USAPA and Padel USA approved and non-approved equipment may be used on the courts. Low noise requirements. Dura Fast balls are not permitted.
- A maximum of four balls may be used per court, except during approved lessons.
- Treat the court surface with care; no heavy objects, pets, bikes, or strollers permitted.
- Non-participating guests & children must watch from the viewing area under adult supervision.
- Please limit food and drinks to the court sidelines.
- Low-noise play is appreciated. No profanity, shouting, slamming or throwing equipment
- Smoking, amplified music, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.
- Guests and spectators who disregard guidelines may be asked to leave and forfeit future play privileges.
- All players must sign in at the Racquet Shoppe prior to court entry.
- When Open Play courts are at capacity and others are waiting, play may be limited to thirty (30) minutes per group. Players are welcome to rejoin the rotation as frequently as desired.
- Pickleball Court #3 is reserved as a beginner-friendly and solo-player court. New players are encouraged to start here; it is also ideal for those without a partner.
- When open courts are in use, waiting players may place their paddles next to the net of the game in progress. At the end of the game: if four paddles are down, all players must vacate the court for those waiting. If two paddles are down, the winning team may remain, or the waiting players may opt to play singles.
- “Double-stacking” paddles—playing while placing a second paddle to hold a spot on another court—is not permitted.
- Courts may not be held while others are awaiting to play.
- Please respect scheduled court times - arrive early, and finish on time.
- Keep courts tidy by using the bins provided.
- Play with courtesy and practice good sportsmanship.
- Please return rental equipment to the Racquet Shoppe promptly after play.
